The game contains one cosmetic DLC (Blood for the Blood God) which is not charged if you own the DLC for TW:WH1.
Furthermore, there are minor and major expansion DLCs which all provide gameplay content.
Total War Warhammer 2 offers big expansions which give the player access to new races to play with as well as a minor blood splatter DLC which can also be used in the previous title (Total War Warhammer).
Having bought both Warhammer Total War games unlocks the combined campaign map which spans over the land mass of both games. There is some additional Free DLC with minor content.
On the 31st of May 2018, the DLC pack "The Queen & The Crone" was released. Much like its counterpart DLCs in the first Total War: Warhammer game, this DLC includes new lords and unlocks the recruitment of elite, unique units known as "Regiments of Renown" for the corresponding factions. Not owning this DLC does not prevent the AI factions from recruiting said elite units, only the player is kept from doing so.
